About the Series

According to world-renowned narcissism expert Dr. Ramani Durvasula, the majority of us have at least one relationship with a narcissist - and these narcissists take an absolutely debilitating toll on our mental and emotional health. Additionally, most people make serious (and avoidable) mistakes when trying to navigate these relationships because of the distorted behavior patterns and confusingly toxic interpersonal tactics leveraged by narcissists.

This leaves most victims of narcissistic relationships feeling frustrated, confused, helpless, invalidated, dehumanized, and frankly, exhausted. If you don’t know the fundamental signs of a narcissist, they are extremely difficult to spot. Even if they’re hiding in plain sight, they will instill intense feelings of low self-worth, insecurity, and depression in their victims.

That’s where this series comes in. These 6 sessions serve as your guiding light for navigating narcissism in all areas of your life. From a parent, to your sibling or friend, to your boss or anyone else in your life, you’ll learn key strategies for staying level-headed when dealing with each type of narcissistic relationship. Dr. Ramani shares key advice for spotting the various signs of narcissism, and what specific challenges you might face while doing so.

After watching this series, you’ll be better equipped to recognize, engage with, and cope with any and all narcissists in your life. As a result, you’ll have a level of mental freedom you’ve never experienced before.

“I consider this the public health crisis of our time. What I am seeing in my office, day after day after day, is horrifying. And these are… lovely, ambitious people who completely silence themselves, who cut off their own wings, in the name of these relationships [with narcissists]. They eventually walk out [of therapy] and they’ll email me, “I got it now, I’m doing so much better.”
