About the Series

Grief: we all experience this resounding reaction to loss at some point in our lives. Whether it’s grief from the loss of a loved one, a co-worker, a relationship, or even a job, grief can severely impede everyday life and lead to depression. It’s so difficult to work through the confusing and complicated process of grief, but with the right education, it’s possible.

This series will show you how to lift yourself out of the depressed moods that accompany the grieving process, and learn to celebrate the lives of the ones you’ve lost. Welcome to your crash course for effectively coping with a loss.

“A big part of the process is that you feel like your experience is so unique. And in some ways it is and everybody’s grief process is going to be very individual but there is always somebody who can understand what you felt. You are not alone.”
