Study: How Workaholic Women Can Avoid Diabetes: Go Home

An estimated 30.3 million Americans have diabetes, the seventh leading cause of death in the country. According to the Centers for Disease Control, those who are overweight or obese, older than age 45 or genetically prone are at risk of developing prediabetes, a condition in which one’s blood sugar levels are higher than normal but not high enough to be diagnosed as diabetes.
