Clinical Psychologist, Ph.D.
Dr. Jameca Falconer is an accomplished counseling psychologist and one of the leading providers of psychotherapy services to older adults and minorities in the St. Louis area. After recognizing the overwhelming need for mental health services among older individuals and African Americans Dr. Falconer launched her own psychotherapy practice, Emergence Psychological Services, in 2006. Dr. Jameca also teaches to many various organizations including the chiropractic students at Logan University.
Dr. Jameca received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Tougaloo College in 1996, a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology (1998) and on to earn her Ph.D.in Counseling Psychology (2002) both from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Dr. Jameca and her company have provided thousands with psychological services including many with functional or physical limitations and ensuring services are provided, even if it requires an in-home visit. Dr. Jameca also specializes in providing therapy and life coaching for racial/ethnic minorities, women and older adults.
