Changing My Diet Helped My Arthritis

"I have osteoarthritis in my dominant hand/wrist - primarily where the thumb connects to the wrist. It's painful to do anything from driving my car to even writing with a pen. I can't do any of my favorite hobbies like golf or draw anymore without discomfort. Over the last three years I have received a couple cortisone injections, which did nothing to help with the pain.

I've tried changing my diet and increasing the amount of vitamin D. Eating less fried food and sugary drinks helps a little."
